Other Terms & Conditions:

Conclusion of the agreement:

The agreement is concluded as soon as the apartment is occupied between Chalet and the Party.

Arrival & Departure:

If not otherwise agreed, the apartment will not be available before 12 noon of the day of arrival.

Apartments has to be vacated before 12 noon on the day of Check out.

Payments:

All the payments has to be made one month in advance. ( Rent + Security Deposit)

We accept the payments in Cash/ Credit Card.

Cheques are accepted only if the payment is made through company.

Additional Service charges has to be paid as per the usage on daily basis.

Place of fulfillment for all payment obligations is the location of the enterprise.

Cancellation:

If cancellation is made for any reason after the agreement is entered 50 % of the rent will be charged as retention charges from the security deposit.

Liability:

The tenant is liable for all the damages which incur in the apartment either by him/her or their guests.

Chalet is entitled to terminate the agreement if the apartment is used other than agreed purpose.

Chalet is liable for

The correctness of the service description.

The correct rendering of all contractually agreed services

Chalet is not liable for money& valuables inside the apartment

Special Instructions to be followed:

Tenants cannot bring pets to the premises/ apartment

Tenants should not create noise in the apartments which disturbs others

Tenants cannot have parties in the apartment and should not play loud music in the apartment.
